D-Link Sales Specialist (DSS)
Overview
The D-Link Sales Specialist (DSS) course is designed for sales professionals. DSS courses focus on D-Link's market strategy, value proposition, product positioning, identifying opportunities and understanding customer needs.
Format
DSS trainings are downloadable, self-paced courses that partners can review at their own pace when it is most convenient for them. Courses are designed to take no longer than 30 to 60 minutes for a partner to go through the course content. DSS exams can be scheduled online via the D-Link Academy.
Getting Certified
(1) Select and download the DSS training module that you would like to study.
(2) Download and review the learning module.
(3) Return to this page and click the "Take Exam" link. This will open a new browser window and log you
into D-Link Academy where you can schedule and take the exam.
(4) Upon successful completion of the Exam, the DSS Certificate will be emailed to you.
